Yachting Experience
It's official, twenty years have been spent at sea. Two decades as a yacht chef has taught me to work with whatever the day brings: changing itineraries, guests joining at short notice, provisioning in a port I have never seen before, and a galley that rarely stands still. It is demanding work, and it remains the part of the job I love most. It has been one hell of an adventure, endless memories from meeting so many incredible people, having so many unforgettable experiences, and visiting so many wonderful places.
